Provenance: Bench Made in Portugal (EU).
Interior Detail: Fully double-lined pocket bags for durability, made from combed and ringspun Extra-Long Staple (ELS) cotton woven in a herringbone pattern. The left pocket bag is silkscreened with a Caravel illustration by artist António Caramelo.
Construction: We use 20s/3 and 40s/2 cotton threads with a poly core. Flat-felled seams, corded belt loops, and a corded buttonhole built to withstand heavy daily wear.
Hardware: Finished with an ‘Ghost Patch’ on the outside of the waistband, YKK big zippers and custom hand-set S&O hardware.
Aging: RAW indigo denim. As the fabric wears down through daily use, the slub texture and underlying rainbow weft become visible.
