Descrição

True denim is an investment that tells a story through its wear. SAL & OURO Specialist Denim Wash is crafted for those who value the longevity of their garments. Unlike harsh industrial detergents, our formula is gentle on cotton fibers and aggressive only toward oils and dirt.

This 200 mL pouch provides 10 precise doses, focused on a manual “soak-and-restore” process that prevents the premature fading and mechanical wear caused by washing machines.

Fragrance Profile

Our signature scent is designed to linger subtly on the fabric:

  • Top: Fresh Aldehydes, Zesty Citrus, Marine Accord.

  • Heart: A floral core of Lavender, Rose, Jasmine, and Lily of the Valley.

  • Base: A warm, earthy foundation of Oakmoss, Patchouli, Sandalwood, and Cedarwood.

How to Use & Dosage

To maintain the shape and color of your denim, we recommend the following hand-wash ritual:

  1. Dosage: Fill a basin or sink with approximately 5–10 liters of cool water. Add 15 – 20 mL (approx. two tablespoons) of SAL & OURO Denim Wash.

  2. The Soak: Submerge your denim inside out. Let it soak undisturbed for 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. Agitation: Gently move the garment through the water by hand to loosen any deep-seated grit. Do not scrub or wring.

  4. The Rest: Allow the denim to soak for one final hour.

  5. Rinse: Replace the soapy water with fresh, cool water. Let the denim sit for another hour to ensure all soap is released.

  6. Dry: Remove from the water and lay flat on a towel or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.

Note: 200 mL = 10 Washes. Concentrated formula. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Denim | Care & Evolution

  • Wash: Turn inside-out. Hand soak in a tub or machine wash, cold or lukewarm with mild detergent.

  • Dry: Hang dry only; avoid tumble drying.

  • Note: Expect indigo bleeding—a signature mark of authentic Japanese denim.

Leather | Care & Evolution

  • Exposure: Avoid water; if wet, pat dry immediately.

  • Maintenance: Clean with a soft cloth; condition every 3–6 months.

  • Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Hardware: Wipe regularly to maintain shine. Minor scratches add character.

Exotic Leather | Care & Evolution

  • Handling: Always slide through loops with the grain to prevent scale lifting.

  • Maintenance: Apply exotic leather conditioner every 3–4 months in the direction of the scales.

  • Storage: Hang straight by the buckle. Do not roll, as this causes scales to "gape."

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, barely damp cloth. Never rub against the grain.

  • Note: If a scale lifts, do not pull. Secure with a tiny dab of leather-safe adhesive.

Cotton | Care & Evolution

  • Wash: Turn inside-out; use cold or lukewarm water with gentle detergent.

  • Dry: Hang dry to preserve fit and color.

  • Press: Iron inside-out on low to medium heat.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Wool | Care & Evolution

  • Wash: Professional dry clean or hand wash cold with wool detergent.

  • Dry: Reshape and dry flat to prevent stretching.

  • Maintenance: Avoid excessive heat and friction to prevent pilling.

  • Storage: Store folded in a cool, dry place to retain garment shape.
